In 2012, Chuck started his adventure in Bee keeping by purchasing 2 colonies and placing them at wildflowers farm. Since then, the operation has expanded to 9 different yards housing a total of 100 colonies year over year.

Our objective is to sustainably keep bees with all natural practices while working (and learning) the natural cycle of the bees throughout the year. We only harvest excess honey in mid august and always leave ample amounts of honey for the bees to sustain themselves over the winter.

All of our colonies are cared for with the utmost respect and forage on what our local area has to offer With the abundance of native flowers in Southwest Ontario, our uniquely flavoured honey is sold locally and unpasteurized, the way it should bee . . .
