The 84% Vanilla Salt crunchy bar simply has our raw cacao nibs sprinkled on top of our 82% Vanilla Salt chocolate bar, which makes the bar darker, and of course crunchier! Handmade with only 4 ingredients; specialty ultra-premium cacao, award-winning golden cane, whole ground aromatic Madagascar vanilla beans, and pink mountain salt from Peru. So pure, delicious and satisfyingly crunchy!

Our ingredients are always 3rd party lab tested to be safe, common allergen-free, organic, vegan, non-GMO and more. Our cacao is uncommonly good. Customers are shocked at how bitter it is NOT. 

We have gone to great lengths to source ultra-premium cacao from the Vraem district, province of Cusco, Peru. We source only the true Criollo variety, with no CCN51 hybrid cacao present. 

As our supplier explains, our cacao is "the highest grade lowest microbial, lowest cadmium and heavy metal cacao in the world." We offer you the Bentley of cacao; always lab tested, free from nuts, peanuts, dairy, soy and gluten, certified organic, Fair Trade (at supplier level), ceremonial grade, vegan, non-deodorized, creamy, smooth, fruity, and utterly delicious!
