I was introduced to the magnesium spray at my massage therapist’s. It was fast acting on my muscle soreness and I purchased it to use while hiking the Peninsula section on the Bruce Trail. Sore muscles tight calves and hips were expected after hiking 20 km a day. . It worked great in a few moments and I shared it with two other hikers for a sore shoulder and behind the knees stiffness. They were as impressed as I was and took the info about it. We all thought it smelled really good too.
I use this several times every single day! In the morning as a deodorant and at night on my breasts, lower abdomen and legs (it works great for "restless" legs in the evening or when going to bed). You quickly get used to the 'oily' texture and it does soak in very quickly.
I keep a bottle on hand at all times and keep a travel sized one ready to go, too!
Love this spray. Use it for leg cramps and helping me sleep.

I use is mostly for my face and the outside of my ears as I have had ongoing ear issues and it has been my saving grace. (Only external use) I also use it under my armpits instead of deodorant everyday just don’t use it a day that you shave and on my feet and stomach area. It calms my body when inflamed. Truly is an amazing product.
