How to use Eye liner?

Step 1. Create a thick or thin line across the upper lash line and extend outwards making it thicker at the outer corner
Step 2. Apply along the lower lash line to frame the eyes
Step 3. Use in the upper and lower waterlines for added definition
Step 4. Using our Smudge Brush, smudge the eyeliner on the lash lines for a more smoky dramatic effect

Bought for a friend. Loved the product.

Wanted to love it...

Unfortunately, this eyeliner is not a good fit for me. While it glides on beautifully, it does not stay put on my eyes and I ended up with smears/smudges. I do have hooded eyes so transfer can be a challenge with some eyeliners. I've passed this on to my daughter as it's a shame it didn't work out.
