HOW TO:
Massage a small amount into areas of discomfort a few times per day. External use only. Avoid eyes, nose, and mouth.

Cera Alba (Beeswax), Nigella (black cumin) sativa, Hypericum (St.Johns Wort) perforatum, Heterotheca inuloides (Arinica) Flower, Achillea (yarrow leaf and flower) millefolium, Lavandula x (lavender flowers) intermedia, Organic Capsicum (cayenne poweder) annuum, Tocopherol (vitamin E oil), essential oil blend.
